I've built a test in a PPA. I'd like to get some testing with it before
putting in an FFE and shooting for the 25.10 release.

If anyone gives the PPA a try, please add a comment and let me know how
things went

Bug description:
  According to upstream release notes, 3.25.0 included riscv
  architecture.

  * Added RISCV64 support for Linux. Specifically for the RV64GC
    instruction set.

  Evaluate and test if valgrind 3.25.1+ compiles and works properly with
  RISCV on Ubuntu.
