I believe there's a memory leak in RISC-V builds of ubuntu-frame that
now we can finally dig into...

I'll try to do it myself but I just moved, so it may take a while. If
anyone else has a Nezha or Sipeed LicheeRV (the two boards where I've
seen this issue happen), you can test there!

  According to upstream release notes, 3.25.0 included riscv
  architecture.

  * Added RISCV64 support for Linux. Specifically for the RV64GC
    instruction set.

  Evaluate and test if valgrind 3.25.1+ compiles and works properly with
  RISCV on Ubuntu.
