  Outdated Yelp desktop file name in 25.10 ubuntu-settings gschema

Status in ubuntu-settings package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The upcoming Ubuntu 25.10 ubuntu-settings gschema should be updated
  since the Yelp desktop file name has been change to a rDNS format for
  the upcoming GNOME 49 version:

  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/yelp/-/commit/8e4fb61fff97cb37b6197479c506062c9188aee0

  yelp.desktop -> org.gnome.Yelp.desktop

  This needs to be fixed before the 25.10 release.
