[Bug 2121412] Re: Fractional scaling issue

** Description changed:

I think I have discovered a bug on Ubuntu LTS 24.04 in re: to fractional
  scaling:

- Given the user navigates to Settings > Displays
- And Enables Fractional Scaling
- When the user changes scaling to 125%
- And accepts the changes
- Then the user can toggle off fractional scaling
- And accepts the changes again
- And the screen will cut off about 20% of the screen
+     Given the user navigates to Settings > Displays
+     And Enables Fractional Scaling
+     When the user changes scaling to 125%
+     And accepts the changes
+     Then the user can toggle off fractional scaling
+     And accepts the changes again
+     And the screen will cut off about 20% of the screen

Expected: The resolution to default back to 100% and full screen of my laptop
ACTUAL: The resolution of the screen was around 80~% cutting on the right side and bottom of the display.
+
+ EDIT: Not reproducable via VirtualBox.
