Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  network-manager is failing to build in its latest update in questing-
  proposed due to a failure of the test_offline test. It seems to be due
  to libxml updates given that ?invalid? is no longer shown, but rather
  \xe2\x80\x9cinvalid\xe2\x80\x9d
