Title:
no automatic suspend after systemd-inhibit command

Status in gnome-settings-daemon package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  ## What I expected to happen:

I expected the system to automatically suspend after a long-running
  systemd-inhibit command finished.

  ## What actually happened:

After the long-running systemd-inhibit command finished, the display
stayed dimmed, showing my desktop for hours beyond the automatic
suspend delay. When I eventually came back to my laptop and touched
the trackpad, the display backlight became fully bright again, and
after the 15-minute delay it finally did suspend.

  ## Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have automatic suspend delay set to 15 minutes.
  2. Open a Terminal window and type `systemd-inhibit sleep 1000`.
  3. Wait a little over 15 minutes until the command finishes.

It seems if the command finishes *before* the automatic suspend delay
then the system does suspend normally, but if it finishes after then
  the system remains awake.
