This is basically a transition and I believe it would need a FFe at this
point in the questing development cycle. I don't plan to file a FFe for
this so I'm closing this bug. The new version of unicode-data is in
unstable now and will auto-sync next cycle.

Bug description:
  Scheduled-For: ubuntu-25.06
  Ubuntu: 15.1.0-1
  Debian Unstable: 15.1.0-1
  Debian Experimental: 16.0-1

  There is a new version of the package available in Debian experimental
  which could potentially be sync'd into Ubuntu.  After doublechecking
  that this is safe to sync, it can be done so via the `syncpackage`
  command.
