[Bug 2121943] Re: xdg-terminal-exec prefers gnome-terminal over ptyxis
Regardless of the default, it sounds like we will need to publish
instructions (like in the release notes) on how to change it. So
assuming we're already going to do that, I think forcing the default to
Ptyxis is fine. Or else one could go a very long time without even
noticing the new terminal exists.

Bug description:
xdg-terminal-exec prefers gnome-terminal over ptyxis if both are
installed. So if you've upgraded to Questing and have both terminals
installed then Ctrl+Alt+T will launch the old terminal instead of the
new one.
