  pam FTBFS on arm64 questing-proposed, libraries built without GCS

Status in pam package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  pam is FTBFS on arm64 in questing-proposed:

  > /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libaudit.so: warning: GCS is required by -z gcs, but this shared library lacks the necessary property note. The dynamic loader might not enable GCS or refuse to load the program unless all the shared library dependencies have the GCS marking.
  collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
  (compiled with --fatal-warnings)

  This is the same bug as
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pam/+bug/2119445, tracked
  here individually for pam.

  The full list of libraries needed to be rebuilt with GCS is:
  /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libaudit.so
  /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libcrypt.so
  /usr/lib/gcc/aarch64-linux-gnu/15/../../../aarch64-linux-gnu/libdb.so
