Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and contributing to
Ubuntu.

Ubuntu 25.04 (plucky) has gtk+3.0 3.24.49-2ubuntu1 and includes this
fix. So only Ubuntu 24.04 is affected and someone has to follow the SRU
process (see https://documentation.ubuntu.com/sru/en/latest/) to get it
fixed in Ubuntu 24.04.

  When fractional scaling is enabled, evince in presentation mode uses
  only a small part of the display instead of the full display, as shown
  in the attachment.

  This issue has been reported to and fixed by upstream.
