Hi,
looking at your system logs (the Dmesg.txt file) it seems you're having issues with your filesystem, which is very probably what made the upgrade fail:

[825191.866474] EXT4-fs warning (device sda2): ext4_dirblock_csum_verify:406: inode #33307609: comm dpkg: No space for directory leaf checksum. Please run e2fsck -D.

Presumably, running `e2fsck -D` to fix it (according to the logs).
