Note that to SRU this to plucky, we will need a better justification,
i.e., what actually breaks. Or perhaps it could be part of other
apparmor fixes for cups in plucky, as they come up and accumulate.

  ouid=0

  That file contains a list of paper size names, and their dimensions.
  It's shipped by bin:libpaper2 (src:libpaper2).
