Bug description:
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/acct/6.6.4-9 was synced recently
  and one of the change is

  +  * Add 'Recommends: wtmpdb' for login accounting.

  Which is leading to a component mismatch entry since acct is main but
  wtmpdb is in universe
