Title:
  spelling error in lscpu output

Status in util-linux package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
I am using "Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS" version. I am using util-linux
  "2.39.3-9ubuntu6.3".

In french, when we run `lscpu` to display some information about the CPU, in the "Model name" section, the "Flags" section is, in the french version, translated into "Drapaux".
However, the translation of "Flags" is "Drapeaux" and not "Drapaux".
