In an effort to keep development and our project needs in a single place 
I've imported the latest sosreport branch from github that includes the 
latest debian packaging an an example plugin.

I'll keep them merged between both github and lp since the commit amount 
is relatively small.

https://launchpad.net/collector and the git branch should be imported 
any minute.
