So I've begun thinking about what I want to do in 16.0 (14.0 will drop
later this month).

Here's a small list of targeted features:

Along the way, I'd like to do some polishing here and there and bug
fixing, of course.  But those are the features I'm thinking of.
Hitting them all would really shore up our restore story.

I'd love any ideas or offers to write patches!  :)  Also, any
last-minute testing of 14.0 (by trying 13.92) would be welcome.
