  The "Printers" applet from the Gnome 3 control panel should be removed

Bug description:
  Currently in Oneiric, if the search string "Print" is typed into the
  Dash, both the "Printers" and "Printing" applets are returned.

  In Oneiric the  "Printers" applet from the Gnome 3 control panel
  should be removed completely to avoid confusion.  This decision was
  made in the following blueprint:

  Desired solution:

  1. Completely remove the Gnome 3 "Printers" applet from Oneiric
  2. Add the "Printing" applet to the Oneiric System Settings window.
