Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

In Software Center users are not actually working with files, they are managing their software collection so I think that "File" menu should be renamed to "Software" menu.
Additionaly, in the File menu user has options to Install or Remove software. File->Install sounds confusing but Software->Install makes more sense to me.
