  Changing Cursor theme doesn't update changes

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

  when changing the mouse cursor theme via Appearance Preferences >
  Customise > Pointer  - It doesn’t update the cursor at all even though
  when going back to the cursor theme the new one is selected.
