Title:
Installed emblem missing from software item screen

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  software-center-gtk3 trunk 2114, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. Navigate to the software item screen for something that is
installed. (Or navigate to the screen for something that isn't
  installed, then install it.)

What you see: The installed emblem is nowhere to be seen.
What you should see: The installed emblem should be at the start of the installation state bar (i.e. just to the left of the word "Installed").

installed>: "If the item is installed and not queued for removal, the
installed emblem and the text “Installed”..."
