Title:
Nautilus should preserve NTFS file attributes when copying from NTFS
  to NTFS file system

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
As it is now, when using nautilus to copy files from a directory
residing on an NTFS partition to another directory residing on an NTFS
partition, file attributes (like 'hidden', "'system') are lost. This
can be fixed by using ntfscp (from the ntfsprogs package) to copy
files when both the source and destination reside on an NTFS file
  system.
