[Bug 649809] Re: the session settings manager can try starting before the login screen one exits

I don't see that error from bug description in logs, but I have theme
reset every time I cold boot my PC at work (Natty 32bit, theme comes
back if I logout and then login again). On the other hand, I don't have
any issues with theme reset on my home PC (Natty 64bit)

Bug description:
On recent configurations it can happen that the session settings
manager try starting before the login screen one exit leading to have
no theme set in the session (nor other settings gnome-settings-daemon
is applying to the user configuration)

The .xsession-errors log contains that error on configuration hitting
  the issue:

"** (gnome-settings-daemon:1941): WARNING **: You can only run one
xsettings manager at a time; exiting"
