Bug description:
  software-center-gtk3 trunk r2151, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. Install some items that are not in any repository. (For example, upgrade your kernel and then have the old kernel dropped from the Ubuntu archive.)
  1. From the "Installed" menu, choose "Other".

  What happens:
  * No items are displayed.
  * A traceback:
