Title:
  Unable to set Blocked contacts

Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When you navigate to the Edit->Blocked Contacts dialog, you are unable
  to select the Account to associated with the blocked account.  Only
  the Account Name can be entered in the dialog. All other buttons to
  add are grayed out.  so the inability to select the Account is the
  culprit.
