  Camera - Red and Blue swapped

Status in “gstreamer0.10” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 10.10 64 on ASUS quad-core AMD II Phenum
  Camera 3Com Home Connect (Logitech Quickcam Messenger did it to, but locked up)
  Red and Blue are swapped with HUE centered running Cheese. Green is Green
  Also, Brightness and Contrast are just effecting the After-Capture image. Bright images are saturated.on the CCD. (Frame Rate is constant)
