Title:
  Dell Inspiron 1505 battery not charging.  Gnome-Power-Manger shows
  fully charged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  My Dell Inspiron e1505 does not recharge my battery.  The status shows that it is fully charged, however, when I open the properties, it shows that I have only 25% of battery power.  I'm running Ubuntu 10.10.  Kernel: 2.6.35-22-generic 
  I've captured the output from gnome-power-manager --verbose.  See attached file.
