Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Set the option to suspend the screen after one minute
  2. Set the screensaver to activate after five minutes

  Expected:
  Screensaver activates after 5 minutes and after 1 minute the screen is suspended (so it's 6 minutes total).

  Actual result:
  Screen suspends itself after 1 minute of inactivity.
