  The monitor doesn't turns off on inactivity.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  At first it worked well, but over time it became worse.
  Until a few days ago it failed only if Rhythmbox was open and playing.
  Now it almost always fails, for this to work I have to close the gnome session and reopen it.

  I don't know how debug this.
