Binary package hint: evince
The HP Laserjet 2840 printer prints perfectly the PDF file using AdobeReader.
Openoffice also prints great
Evince misses the 'g' letter (see last grayed line) and also the % sign. It affects other characters.
Find attached an scanned copy of the pdf file (invoice.pdf), the and the scanned print of the file using adobe reader and evince.
