Title:
Booting after upgrade - Freevo and Login loop
Status in “gdm” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: yelp
Subsequent to upgrading from ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10, system would hang on
Freevo (Blue TV app screen). This screen was inoperable, but system
failed to progress to past it to Ubuntu Log in screen. I deleted
Freevo. Afterward, system proceeds thru odd colors of newubuntu
welcome splash screen and then gets to login. Upon login and password
entry, system loops back to login screen multiple times. Reverting to
an earlier version thru bootup menu, does no good.
