  No hover information for icons

Bug description:
  I've been using Linux, Twitter and Gwibber for a decent amount of time
  and I can't work out the difference between the home and the envelope
  icons, they appear to show the same messages. The other icons I could
  guess at but had to check the contents to confirm. Please could you
  add a tooltip (or heading?) for each view as they aren't clear.
