docbookexample.xml attached shows the simple docbook file I tried to
load. I tried to create and save a (very simple) Docbook file in LO but
it gives me the error about being able to save.

  When trying save in DocBook format LibreOffice shows an error that the
  file could not be saved. When trying to load a valid DocBook file it
  shows a General Input/Output error.
