Question about the second tab in the mockup: Are the default session and
keyboard layout choices only for the automatic login, or are they global
default choices for all users?  The current image makes me think it’s
the former, but I think we need the later.

Bug description:
  Make a GTK+/QT based configuration tool that can configure the default user/theme etc information.
  It may be worth looking at the GDM configuration tool used in Ubuntu/Debian (carried as a patch on the GDM source).
  The daemon should not need to be restarted for the changes to take effect.
  Some thought needs to be put into making some standard configuration that can be shared between greeters (e.g. background).
  Bonus points for automatically updating active greeters.
  Bonus points for writing it in Vala.
