Title:
evolution downloads all hotmail messages on start, not just new ones

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

I have a pop3 hotmail account set in Evolution. Each time I start the
application, it downloads all the messages, not just the new ones.
This happens the next time Evolution starts even if I let it finish
  downloading everything before shutting down.
