Bug description:
  I received this error when I finished installing a restricted graphics
  driver from ATI/AMD on my Asus 1215B red version. When I logged back
  in after restarting for the graphics card driver; that's when my
  screen started to have black and was not able to see Unity bar and the
  top bar.
