Title:
[GTK3] "Top Rated" screen has unhelpful sort menu
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
software-center-gtk3 trunk r2155, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. In the home screen's "Top Rated" area, click "More".
What you see: The "Top Rated" screen has a sort menu containing "By
Name", "By Popularity", and "By Relevance".
What you should see: No menu at all.
- Sorting by name isn't useful, since you didn't get to choose how many top rated items were shown.
- Sorting by popularity isn't possible, because reliable popularity counting isn't implemented yet.
- Sorting by relevance isn't possible, since you haven't done a search.
