Bug description:
  It occurs on power up in VirtualBox 4.0.4 running in a Windows Vista
  parent OS. Display prior to log in shows various files missing or not
  found but the system works after log in with the error flagged up, I'm
  not sure if this is the same error I reported previously. John Belton
