[Bug 832591] Re: when trying to move non-maximized windows to a corner in libreoffice, they maximize

Thank you for taking the time to make Ubuntu better. Since what you
submitted is not really a bug, or a problem, but rather an idea to
improve Ubuntu, you are invited to post your idea in Ubuntu Brainstorm
at http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ where it can be discussed, voted on by
the community, and reviewed by developers. Thanks for taking the time to
share your opinion!

This may also be something to ask the libreoffice developers. I couldn't find a forum for libreoffice, but you can look here, and possibly ask this on the mailing list:

Title:
when trying to move non-maximized windows to a corner in libreoffice,
  they maximize

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Non-maximized windows (such as different documents that you want to
have open simultaneously) are automatically maximized when you move
them to a corner of the screen. Also, when you de-maximize several
documents, they are placed on top of each other, which means that you
can only look at one at a time. A feature like in Windows where you
can view all open documents (and they are placed side by side) would
be very welcome. And thanks for all your work.
