Bug description:
  I do not know what really triggered this. I ran system-config-printer
  a lot, to investigate and fixed some bugs. I also created some print
  queues (all with locally available drivers, no search on OpenPrinting
  happened) and triggered the automatic download and installation of the
  firmware for my HP LaserJet 1020 (does not use Jockey AFAIK). After
  that I did a system update,
