Thanks for your bugreport.

When I click Help/About/Credits its listed there right under the Created
by list of people. Is this not good/prominent enough?

Bug description:
  software-center-gtk3 trunk, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. Launch USC.
  2. Open "Help" > "About".

  What you see: 
  1. The default banner uses artwork that requires attribution.
  2. There's no attribution.

  What you should see:
  * "Includes artwork based on “Colorful Chocolate Candies” by Romain Guy. Used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 Generic license."
  * "Romain Guy" should link to <http://www.flickr.com/photos/romainguy>.
  * "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 Generic" should link to <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/deed.en>.
