The MIR (bug 808829) got marked won't fix because we won't be using
g-c-c's printer panel.  So I'll mark this invalid.

  gnome-control-center printer capplet requires cups-pk-helper to be
  functional. Without it the user can not add a new printer or change
  the settings of the existing printers.
