  zh_TW language option not properly labeled

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When traditional Chinese is installed, zh_TW is represented in the
  list of language options with either 'en' or just gibberish. Expected
  label would be 'Chinese (Taiwan)'.
