[Bug 834254] Re: Icons are overlapping in Oneiric
Sorry, it's not really obvious which package is causing a bug. As the
bug is real, I guess it should be active (not Invalid) so I changed
status to New. Maybe more people will realize that when it affects all
the time working on desktop it's not without importance.
I've read some old talks about this bug and I really don't get it why
the Nautilus (I think it belons to Gnome) team don't take it seriously
as all other OS's have a different way of working with icons on desktop.
A better-better-better way. As I save screenshots on desktop I always
get to having overlapped icons and it never happened in Windows (no
matter how old it was).

Title:
Icons are overlapping in Oneiric
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Gnome shell allows the user to mistakenly overlap icons. It should
have the very intuitive interaction design as other OS's have, not to
allow user to overlap icons.
