thanks for your interest but when a bug is closed because it's a
duplicate it would be better if you didn't reopen it and just looked for
the already opened bug and subscribed to it, see bug #40872 in this
case, we can't look for the original numbers for all the duplicates
filed because it would be a day long job and no other work including bug
fixing would get done

Bug description:
  Gnome shell allows the user to mistakenly overlap icons. It should
  have the very intuitive interaction design as other OS's have, not to
  allow user to overlap icons.
