Also the shortcut to Firefox in the panel is not there too.
Also the Show/Hide desktop button isn't in the bottom panel.
Also the date is in the center instead of the right.

Bug description:
  In gnome-panel / gnome-session-fallback the System menu is not there.
  In the top menu bar there is the menus 'Applications' and 'Places' but not 'System'.
