Bug description:
  After upgrading from natty to oneiric, a software update required that
  Skype be removed, which caused the update to stop (something about it
  being in the removal blacklist).  I did the update via "apt-get dist-
  upgrade", and then attempted to reinstall Skype via the app lens.  It
  showed up as available, but then reported that I needed to enable a
  "partner" repo.  I did, and typed my password; the Software Center
  then reported that Skype wasn't available, and also brought up the
  crash window.
