  no authentication on some account

Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: empathy

  even if accounts results online, i can't see my contacts on the
  contact list window. they can see me the most of the times but i only
  see gtalk contacts, or msn contacs, or facebook contacts.. and i can't
  refresh in any way.
