[Bug 700900] Re: Can't start gnome-system-monitor while searchmonkey is running

 

Yup - still a bug - exactly as the OP describes. Continues to be a
problem on 11.04/Natty for System Monitor 2.28.2 and searchmonkey 0.8.1

If System monitor is running, it exits if searchmonkey is started.

If searchmonkey is running, System Monitor starts and immediately exits.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

  While searchmonkey application is running, I can't open gnome-system-
  monitor. This is message in terminal:

  terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Gio::Error'

  I use Ubuntu 10.10, gnome-sytem-monitor 2.28.1 and searchmonkey
  0.8.1-7.
