Title:
"Connect" button is not enabled in the wireless password dialog after
  a disconnect

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Version information:
  lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu oneiric (development branch)
  Release:	11.10

  network-manager-gnome:
    Installed: 0.9.0-0ubuntu1
    Candidate: 0.9.0-0ubuntu1
    Version table:
   *** 0.9.0-0ubuntu1 0
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

But I've seen this in older versions as well.

  To reproduce:
  1. Connect to a secure wireless network.
  2. Remove the wireless network (by switching off the router, for example).
  3. Click "Cancel" when the password dialog pops up.
  4. Switch on the router and try connecting again.
  5. When entering a password the "Connect" button goes on and off depending on the number of characters you enter. For example, my password is 9 characters long, but the Connect button is enabled only when the number of characters entered is a multiple of 5.
