can you try for me to collect the ~/nautilus-debug-log.txt file so we can see what happens when you crash,

Also can you run nautilus from the terminal and put what it says when it crashes

  When i open Directory with about 1000 or above files, certain time
  Nautilus crashes and Restarts....
